The plaque is in very good condition with a few minor surface scuffs/scratches but what a piece of naval history from the iconic coastal vessels and submarine chasers of WW2! HMS ML 589 (pennant ML 589) was one of 695 motor launches of the Fairmile B Class and built by Frank Curtis Ltd, Looe, UK. She was commissioned by the British Royal Navy in December 1943 and sold in March 1946.
