Knix is a transformative women's underwear business with a strong belief in supporting all shapes, sizes, backgrounds, and more. I was granted the great opportunity to help redesign their Fit Finder, a tool customers can use to identify their unique Knix size. With the challenge of using non-traditional bra sizing (1,2,3,4 etc. vs 32A, 34C, etc.), By developing a user-research plan, in person testing sessions, and more, I worked with Knix to identify the different ways to guide their customers to their best fit. Through UX, illustration and more, the end result was an incredibly improved, and enjoyable, tool helping women find their Knix fit.
