The BLK BOX Handstand Push-Up Pad features several design features designed to the specific movement in mind. Offering 50mm of dense protective foam, the pad includes two arch cut-outs on each side, specifically designed to match BLK BOX Weight Plates. Not only does this help secure the pad in a stable and secure position throughout the duration of the movement, but also allows the athlete to set a consistent hand position. In addition, multiple plates can be stacked to open the possibility to train deficit movements. The Handstand Push-Up Pad is made from dense closed-cell foam and a durable vinyl-leather cover. It is designed for performing handstand push ups and is not intended to be used for sit-ups or core/ab work. *Please note, the BLK BOX Handstand Push-Up Pad offers valuable cushioning for the head and neck throughout handstand push-ups but it should NOT be used as a device to prevent head and neck impact injuries. Handstand push-ups involve serious risks and some injuries may not be preventable. We recommend that you should train within your ability level and have an experienced partner or trained professional working with you*
