Climber slides 1,000 feet down Mount Hood

This was the fourth rescue call Portland Mountain Rescue responded to on Mount Hood in just over a week.
A member of a group of hikers was injured in a fall on Saturday. It’s the fourth time in a week that Portland Mountain Rescue was called in to assist.
